IOH provides a range of effective Rehabilitation Services that focus on identifying clear goals. IOH has experienced providers who are skilled at identifying and mitigating many of the common barriers that affect recovery. IOH will work closely with all stakeholders to identify positive actions, focusing on communication, to create a collaborative approach to recovery.
