Fitness for Duty is the go to terminology for an assessment on a worker for a non-work related injury or illness. IOH offer medical, physical and psychological assessments in this space to assist employers determine the potential risk of  their condition impacting on their health, safety and welfare or that of their colleagues or others. Employees may provide you with a Return to Work clearance letter from their doctor or specialist, but sometimes the treating doctor is unaware of a specific job or you simply want a second opinion.
