The effects of workplace bullying are many and impact the business, the victim, the perpetrator(s), the witnesses and the workplace in general. The IOH team is experienced in preventing, managing and resolving workplace bullying. We offer an integrated risk management approach to preventing and responding to workplace bullying and harassment.

  • Training: Legislative awareness, emotionally intelligent leadership, conflict resolution, workplace communication.
  • Return to Work (RTW) Rehabilitation: Identifying and resolving barriers, negotiating with parties, interpretation of medical information and establishing safe and durable RTW.
