WHS Awareness and Risk Management

The WHS Awareness and Risk Management course is designed to provide participants with an introduction to understanding WHS legislation and how to comply with the various obligations to assist in successfully managing WHS risks present in the workplace.It covers the role of health and safety reps and committees as well as the principles of risk management. Delivered by  trainers with knowledge and experience in a wide range of industries.

Course fee includes course materials, refreshments, morning tea and lunch.

Training is delivered face to face and participants will be involved in referencing the legislation, discussing workplace examples as relevant and using tools such as workplace inspection checklists and risk matrices. Opportunities for questions and answers are provided throughout the session as required.
